Venturing out into the world on your own is truly the adventure of a lifetime.
As a first hand observer of the impact of entrepreneurship on an individual, couple, and family, I can understand the complexity of the stressors that entrepreneur’s face.
Entrepreneurs come in many forms.
There are the entrepreneurs who have a day job, but dream of pursuing their own thing. Then there are the entrepreneurs who have ventured out on their own, but may have feelings of trepidation and anxiety about their decisions.
Then there are entrepreneurs who have years of experience being THE person in the room. You know, the person everybody came to hear and trade business cards with. Maybe they are experiencing feelings of anxiety or feeling restless with their next project. Sometimes, these feelings seep into our personal lives and disrupt our thought process. Oftentimes, these feelings can hinder our relationships with those in our inner circle whether they are professional or personal relationships.
My work with entrepreneurs is focused on collaborating on therapeutic goals and methods in order to manage the feelings that arise when pursuing your dream so that you can thrive in your environment.
